I’ve worked in wine retail, studied for multiple certifications, and traveled to vineyards and wineries all over the world. Now I create custom wine experiences to help people deepen their wine knowledge and pleasure.

Consulting for Restaurants and Retail
The wine market is dynamic and consumer trends evolve quickly. Drawing on years of teaching and working in retail, I help restaurants, cafes, and retail operations develop wine lists that identify value bottles in every price bracket and meet the tastes of multiple consumer demographics. I can train staff on speaking to customers about different bottles and making recommendations that have them coming back for more.
